The Menu

Amuse – Welcoming Teaser

Elotes Cups - Street style Mexican corn with mayo, cotija cheese, lime, cilantro citrus crema, and smoked paprika. Served with house-made chips, salsa, and fresh guacamole.

Drink: Summer Elote Margarita - Gran Centenario Tequila, Nixta Corn Liquor, lime juice, agave nectar, and habanero-infused orange liquor.

First Course

Mexican Wedge Salad - Iceberg lettuce topped with smoked chorizo, pickled red onion, corn, beans, and cilantro, drizzled with a citrus tequila crema vinaigrette.

Drink: Clever Rabbit - 400 Conejos Joven Mezcal, lime juice, watermelon, and grapefruit soda.

Second Course

Coketel de Camaron - Marinated shrimp over Mexican-style cocktail sauce with fresh avocado, red onion, cucumber, pico de gallo, crispy tortillas, and grilled lemon.

Drink: Tricycle Thief - Dobel Reposado, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, hibiscus and guava simple syrup, and Lillet Blanc.

Main Course (Served Family Style)

Enchiladas Potosina - Handmade corn tortillas stuffed with Chihuahua cheese and carne de res, topped with queso fresco, avocado cream sauce, salsa roja, and cilantro.
Pork Loin al Pastor - Topped with mezcal pineapple relish and cilantro.
