The Essence of the Event
Sazerac’s World of Whiskey Dinner & Cigars is more than just a dinner; it’s a sensory exploration designed to delight and educate. Featuring a selection of fine whiskeys and bourbons from around the globe, including a surprise whiskey to cap the night, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in unique cocktails and neat pours that perfectly complement each course. Live music performances by Live Pete, who blends blues, rock-a-billy, and soul, will set the ambiance for an evening of relaxation and indulgence. Our goal is to host this event outside, but if the weather doesn’t cooperate we will dine in the main dining room and provide heaters on the patio for cigar smoking.
Ticket Information
Tickets for this event are priced at $135 plus tax and gratuity, with a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. Your ticket includes a five-course chef-prepared dinner, three unique cocktails and two neat pours followed by a surprise tasting, whiskey knowledge shared by Sazerac ambassadors Jason Tondelli and Bryan Tabor, three premium cigars from Arlington Pipe and Cigar Company, and a keepsake giveaway. Dish: One bite beef tartare with toasted brioche, fried capers & roasted garlic aioli
Pairing: Cucumber & Strawberry Julep made with Traveller Whiskey and Buffalo Trace
1st Course
Dish: Smoked bourbon duck carpaccio with charred fennel, fig & orange compote, and a rocket citrus vinaigrette
Pairing: Smoked Duck Fat Old Fashioned with Sazerac Rye
2nd Course
Dish: Sous vide mustard bourbon pork medallion with green peppercorn potato pave and rosemary bourbon pork jus
Pairing: Devils Rita made with Devils River Agave Bourbon
3rd Course
Dish: Slow braised bourbon bone-in short rib with celeriac root puree and sweet sticky bourbon glaze
